Open Peeps Studio is a free, browser-based creative tool. You may use the Service to create, customize, export, and share illustrated characters for personal or commercial purposes. You may not use the Service to create content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

3. Intellectual Property

The underlying Open Peeps illustrations are released under the CC0 1.0 Universal license and are in the public domain. Characters you create with this tool inherit the same CC0 status. The Open Peeps Studio application code and design are the property of their respective authors.

4. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any shared links will persist indefinitely.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
